Bountiful Bowls

We collaborate with local artists, community members, and non-profit organizations to host Bountiful Bowls. Each gathering is a chance to raise community, raise funds, raise awareness, and raise action to be part of the sacred work of loving this world.

The Center for Art and Spirit at St. George’s is a sacred space for creative expression, healing, and spiritual companionship. Rooted in collaborative partnership, we nurture the soul through the arts and foster connection on the journey toward wholeness.

The Center for Art & Spirit

The arts are a cup that will carry the water of life to the thirsty. It’s not the water itself; it’s the vessel. What we are doing in the church today is we are just picking up water with our bare hands and trying to carry it to the thirsty. We can still do it, but the effect is minimized by not fully utilizing what God has given us.

We have to do what we can to carry the full cup, rather than be satisfied with waters that slip through our fingers.

Blue Ridge Service Corps

We are a proud partner parish of Blue Ridge Service Corps: an intentional community of young adults in their twenties living simply in community—they are leaders that love God, self, and others through service and prayer.
